WARRANTY INFORMATION

Your Sun-Tec-Hat brim is pre-tested prior to sale to ensure it meets our high quality standards.  

This product is manufactured with pride in Australia using quality workmanship and materials. 

It is warranted for the period of 1 year from date of purchase. Should you have any issues, please

do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Warranty exclusions are:

  • Improper fit or the product being used for other than it's intended purpose.

  • Damage from heat or the elements.

  • Damage arising from impact or use of accessories not provided with the brim.

  • Mistreatment or incorrect care and storage.

 

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sun-Tec-Hat brim you may return it within 7 days

of purchase for replacement or refund. The item must be unused and returned in original packaging

for a full refund. Return postage cost is at your expense.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your Sun-Tec-Hat brim will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Purchases of more

than one item will entitle you to reduced shipping costs. We use Australia Post and offer insurance

for an additional cost. One (1) to three (3) brims will cost $11.00 Postage and Handling - insurance

will be quoted upon query. More than three (3) brims cost will be advised.
